Oral mucosa - normal tissue. There is moderate labeling of the oral epithelium in between filliform papillae by an antibody which recognizes a wide spectrum of keratins (tissue fixed in Fekete's solution, trypsin digestion, 1:50 dilution). This antibody did not label all the structures it was supposed to label based on published information concerning keratin expression in mouse tissues. |
