Caption	Thymus - normal tissue. There is weak nuclear immunolabeling for cyclin D3 of a moderate number of cortical thymocytes (antibody diluted at 1:100, tissue fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in 0.1mM EDTA at pH=7.5). Cytological details are poorly preserved, which is the result of heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA.
