Caption

 Mammary adenocarcinoma, metastatic to the lung. Neoplastic cells located close to the stromal network focally stain intensely for keratin 5. Labeling for keratin 5 indicates myoepithelial differentiation. Labeling for keratins 5 and 14 coincide almost perfectly because the acidic pair of basic keratin 5 is keratin 14.
